Early Life
Mahesh Keshwala was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, into a Gujarati family originally from Porbandar, Gujarat. He grew up in Mumbai and attended St. Xavier’s English High School for his early education. He later graduated from K.J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce and briefly studied law at VPM TMC Law College while also pursuing Company Secretary qualifications.
Career
Mahesh Keshwala started with modeling between 2016 and 2017, participating in pageants where he won several interstate titles and walked the ramp at events like Pune Fashion Week. He soon moved away from modeling to focus on content creation.
He launched his YouTube channel in January 2014, initially posting "Thug Life" compilation videos inspired by creators such as Bhuvan Bam and CarryMinati. An early video about cricketer Chris Gayle unexpectedly went viral, which motivated him to pursue YouTube full-time. Over the years, his style evolved into relatable, non-abusive roasts, face-cam reactions, reviews, and opinion-based content that appeals to a wide, family-friendly audience.
His primary channel, Thugesh, centers on reviews and reactions. He also maintains secondary channels, including Unfiltered by Thugesh, which features challenges, vlogs, gaming, and more candid content. He has appeared in music videos, notably "Mukammal" by Yasser Desai in 2021.

Personal Life
On 22 November 2025, Mahesh Keshwala married Jigisha Bhanushali in an intimate ceremony. He announced the wedding on social media, calling it the "collaboration of a lifetime," and received warm wishes from fans and fellow creators across the internet.
