Malti Chahar (born 15 November 1990) is an Indian actress, director, and writer known for her work in short films, feature films, music videos, and Punjabi cinema. She gained prominence in the entertainment industry with her debut in the 2017 short film Manicure and has since appeared in projects like Genius (2018) and Ishq Pashmina (2022). In 2025, she rose to further fame as a contestant on the reality television show Bigg Boss 19, where she was involved in several high-profile controversies.

Early life

Malti Chahar was born on 15 November 1990 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. She is the daughter of Lokendra Singh Chahar and Pushpa Chahar. She completed her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya in Agra and later earned a degree in software engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (I.E.T.), Lucknow.Chahar comes from a family with ties to sports and entertainment. She is the sister of Indian international cricketer Deepak Chahar, who plays for Rajasthan in domestic cricket and Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League, and the cousin of cricketer Rahul Chahar.
