In a shocking incident, Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan suffered multiple stab injuries during a burglary at his residence in Mumbai’s Bandra (West) early Thursday morning. The attack occurred at approximately 2:30 am, when an alleged robber broke into the actor’s home.
Details of the Incident
Police revealed that the attacker fled the scene after stabbing the actor. Multiple teams have been formed to locate and apprehend the assailant, and a First Information Report (FIR) is being registered.
A police officer shared that Saif Ali Khan was rushed to Lilavati Hospital around 3:30 am. Initial reports indicate that the injuries may have occurred during a scuffle with the robber, but investigations are ongoing.
Medical Update
Lilavati Hospital’s Chief Operating Officer, Niraj Uttamani, stated that the actor sustained six injuries, two of which are deep, including one dangerously close to his spine.

- Cosmetic Surgeon: Dr. Leena Jain
- Anaesthetist: Dr. Nisha Gandhi
“We will be able to ascertain the full extent of the injuries only after the surgery is completed,” said Uttamani.

The Mumbai Crime Branch is conducting a parallel investigation to track down the assailant. Police are examining all possible leads to uncover the motive behind the attack and ensure justice.
