Mollywood superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran and Bollywood icon Kajol Devgn are joining forces for the first time in the upcoming Hindi patriotic thriller Sarzameen. Set against the turbulent backdrop of conflict-ridden Kashmir, the film promises to deliver high-stakes drama, action, and emotional depth.

Directed by Kayoze Irani in his feature directorial debut, Sarzameen will skip its theatrical release and premiere exclusively on Jio Hotstar on July 25, 2025.

A Powerful Story of Patriotism and Conflict

At the heart of Sarzameen is an Indian Army officer, portrayed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, navigating both internal dilemmas and external warfare. The film explores the emotional and psychological impact of duty in a high-conflict zone like Kashmir.

Kajol Devgn plays a pivotal emotional role, marking a significant comeback in the patriotic drama genre. Meanwhile, Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan, takes on a negative role as a terrorist, showcasing a darker and more intense side of his acting chops. This marks his second digital release of 2025, following Naadiyaan.
