Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry delivered yet another electrifying performance on Thursday, scoring a season-high 56 points with 12 three-pointers to lead his team to a 121-115 victory over the Orlando Magic.
Stephen Curry dominant display nearly saw him break Klay Thompson’s single-game record of 14 three-pointers. His performance included a stunning buzzer-beater from behind the logo at halftime, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

Stephen Curry Record-Breaking Night
Stephen Curry shooting efficiency was remarkable, as he went 16-of-25 from the field and 12-of-21 from beyond the arc. He also contributed four rebounds, three assists, and two steals, making a significant impact on both ends of the floor.
The two-time MVP started slow, scoring just five points midway through the second quarter. However, once the Magic built a 17-point lead, Curry caught fire, finishing the half with 21 points. He continued his dominance in the third quarter, leading a 30-9 run that gave the Warriors a lead they never surrendered.

With this historic performance, Curry set multiple milestones:
- 45th career game with at least nine three-pointers, as many as the next five players combined.
- Ninth 50-point game since turning 30, the most in NBA history (passing Wilt Chamberlain, who had seven).
- One three-pointer shy of tying his career-high.
Golden State Warriors Winning Streak Continues
Beyond Curry individual brilliance, the Warriors secured their fifth consecutive win and seventh victory in eight games since acquiring Jimmy Butler from the Miami Heat.
While Butler scored only five points, he played a key role in facilitating the offense with seven assists and providing strong defensive coverage. The Warriors’ chemistry has continued to improve, making them a formidable force in the Western Conference.
With upcoming games against the Philadelphia 76ers and Charlotte Hornets, Golden State has a strong chance to extend its winning streak before facing a significant test against the New York Knicks on March 4.
