4.1 Listing Accuracy – All startup listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping your listings up‑to‑date.

4.2 Verification Rights – We may verify listing information and request supporting documentation. We may remove or modify listings we determine to be inaccurate.

4.3 Prohibited Listings – You may not list companies that engage in illegal activities, pyramid schemes, hate speech, or copyright infringement.

5.1 User Content – You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.

5.2 Prohibited Content – You agree not to post illegal, threatening, infringing, deceptive, or spam content.

5.3 Content Moderation – We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.

6.1 Our Intellectual Property – The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Desh Crux.

6.2 Your Intellectual Property – You retain all rights to the content you submit, subject to the license granted in Section 5.1.

6.3 Copyright Claims – If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact us at [email protected] with a detailed DMCA notice.

7.1 Premium Services – Some features may require payment. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).

7.2 Payment Terms – By subscribing, you agree to pay all charges and applicable taxes.

7.3 Refund Policy – Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months. Annual: 30‑day money‑back guarantee. Lifetime: non‑refundable.

7.4 Price Changes – We may change subscription fees with reasonable notice.

8.1 Your Right to Terminate – You may terminate your account at any time.

8.2 Our Right to Terminate – We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8.3 Effect of Termination – Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your content.

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties – The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 Limitation of Liability – In no event shall Desh Crux be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9.3 Maximum Liability – Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last six months, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

10.1 Governing Law – These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

10.2 Dispute Resolution – Negotiation → Mediation → Binding arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

10.3 Class Action Waiver – Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
